Mike Fisher and Jenae Felice are two Hollister natives whose roots run deep in the community. The common goal between the two is to provide the best quality food and social atmosphere possible to their hometown.
Mike Fisher started his career working at another local restaurant in Hollister as a dishwasher and busboy. He quickly fell in love with the hustle and bustle of the business, especially the kitchen. When he turned 19, Fisher flew himself to Paris, France to attend Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy. After completing his formal culinary education, he immediately looked for the most demanding kitchens he could get his foot into. Fisher spent 5 years working with luxury hotels across the United States until he decided he was ready to move his experience into fine dining. He continued on learning from world-class chefs such as Cal Stamenov (Marinus, Carmel Valley, CA) and Daniel Boulud (Daniel, New York City). In 2014, he decided to follow his heart and establish his talents in Hollister. Fisher’s Catering began showcasing local products in both casual and refined menus. After one year in business, Mike hired on Jenae Felice to be his service manager.
Jenae Has spent most of her career in customer service. She comes from a family of hard workers and her ability to nurture hard working talent shows that.
